After completing the quest High Times for the Followers of the Apocalypse, speaking to Julie Farkas will result in the choice to receive a stimpak, RadAway or a Fixer once per day. Camp Searchlight contains eight RadAway, including one on a shelf left of the terminal in the NCR storage room, two on a shelf within the first room of the firehouse, three in a duffle bag next to a bed located on the second floor of the firehouse, and two in the broken lockers within the bathroom of the firehouse's second floor. A skeleton northeast of Durable Dunn's sacked caravan has one RadAway. Behind an Average locked door in the Vault 3 recreation area, there is a stockpile of many medical supplies including three RadAway. Ada Straus in Novac or Senior Scribe Linda Schuler in the Hidden Valley bunker. RadAway is available for purchase at most drug stores and doctors in the game, including Mick & Ralph's in Freeside, Doc Mitchell in Goodsprings, Dr. Vault 34 has a small stockpile of RadAway and Rad-X inside an Average locked safe in the clinic. Broc flower cave contains two RadAway on the desk left from the terminal, near the Ratslayer. 
Ranger Station Echo contains three RadAway inside a tent, on a table.Several can be found at the REPCONN test site, upstairs on a shelf near to the Bright Brotherhood members.It won’t feel good, but better a headache and some stomach problems for a couple of days than the long term effects of nuclear radiation!
